Title: Village Houses (possibly Polruan, Cornwall)
Description: An original drawing in pencils, signed by the artist lower right. Although the work isn't dated it would appear to be from the 1970s or thereabouts. There is no inscription to the backboard but we think this may be a view of houses in Polruan, on the south Cornwall coast. The artist is known to have worked there and the view 'fits' this location. The drawing is in good clean condition for its age. The frame was made in Barnes SW13 probably around thirty or forty years ago. There is a smallish brown stain to the grey coloured mount at the centre of the lower edge, adjacent to the frame, so well away from the image.
Size: About 10.1 x 6.5 inches visible paper size and about 16.4 x 12.5 inches framed size
